Course Description

A brief history of the Gothic Blackletter calligraphy styles that were used throughout Europe from the 12th to the 15th century. It's distinctive style is often used in religious texts and contemporary design. Hands-on instruction will enable participants to create a finished table card, gift tag or holiday greeting card with a broad-edged marker. All materials provided. Beginners are welcome.
