Course Description

In this 5 week course we will continue to explore the value of handwriting in a screen dominated world. Students will be provided with beautiful stationery items to facilitate and promote writing.We will also pursue an intensive study of the Italic style of calligraphy that will lead students to a mastery of both capitals and lowercase letterforms using smaller nib sizes. Prior experience with Italic and/or a broad-edge calligraphy pen is required. Materials provided.
