What really happens to an aging brain, is memory loss inevitable, do puzzles prevent dementia, can we truly build new brain cells later in life? This engaging, research-based course separates myth from evidence and explores what modern neuroscience tells us about cognitive aging. Participants will examine “inflammaging,” neuroplasticity, memory, and dementia to gain practical, science-backed strategies for maintaining mental resilience.
