Important note: Kaplan’s registration windows close on the 1st and 15th of every month. Please ensure you register for a course at least 3 weeks prior to the start date to ensure time for Kaplan to process your enrollment, grant you access to your online portal, and mail your physical materials. 

SPCE submits registrations to Kaplan on the 1st and 15th, which then take 3-5 business days to process. If your class is set to start within 7 days of your course purchase, you are most likely not going to gain access to the online portal by the first class meeting. We strongly recommend at least 3 weeks of time between your registration on our portal and your first class to allow for the potential 2 week gap between the 1st and 15th and for those 7 days of processing time.
