Course Description

What is plant-based cooking? What are the differences between vegan, vegetarian, and whole food plant-based eating? Where are the best places to shop for plant-based foods? What are some reasons to consume fewer animal-based foods?
If you are curious about the answers to these and similar questions, join me for this course and let’s explore plant-based cooking and eating together. Each class session will provide the opportunity to discuss the benefits of adding more fruits and vegetables to your dietary intake without sacrificing the pleasure of tasty and visually appealing meals. Samples of freshly prepared plant-based food will be shared, as well as recipes to recreate them at home.
