Course Description

Have you ever wanted to try meditation or tried it and became frustrated with it? This mindfulness-based meditation class will offer simple meditation and relaxation techniques. The benefits of meditation are many: a healthy way to relax and de-stress, promote a positive frame of mind, and help gain insights into life's challenges. Those new to meditation and those with a meditation practice are welcome.
